Bookings and Payment

All bookings and intent must be confirmed 60 days prior to the commencement of any journey. Under special consideration it may be possible to satisfy individual requirement at a shorter notice.

3 Step Payment Plan:

  1. 10% of total package cost required 60 days prior to journey and to be paid upon booking confirmation.
  2. 15% of total package cost required 30 days after initial confirmation.
  3. Final payment all outstanding balances, less the 25% deposit must be paid before the commencement of your holiday. Payment of the balance will be accepted upon pick up from designated meeting point.

    4. Special considerations require 25% of the total package cost to secure the holiday.

    All Game fees must be paid prior to departure of the holiday.

    Payment Options:

    We are very traditional in some aspects and do not give out bank account details, nor do we want to know your details.

    We prefer to use International Money orders or cash!

    Other Information:

    All matters relating to the journey will be discussed with the individuals concerned prior to your arrival and all prices quoted are inclusive of government charges.

    The maximum number of participants allowed on any one holiday is 4 based on a height of 175cm, and a weight of 80 kg per individual.

    To organise your memorable hunting experience we need a copy of your passport and firearms licence.
