IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
These Term & Conditions agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SAFARI MAN. By enquiring, booking and paying for confirmation of the expedition, you agree to be bound by the terms conditions and liabilities mentioned herein. If you do not agree to the terms, conditions and liabilities, promptly cease confirmation or booking and receive a full refund for the cost involved.
SAFARI MAN and its staff accept no responsibility or liability for any health problems in which we have not identified, been informed of, or have treated while on the journey. SAFARI MAN and its staff accept no responsibility for any injuries caused by the silliness or inappropriateness of handling equipment. Individuals or any single entity who fails to comply with the safety directions or commands of SAFARI MAN and its staff release SAFARI MAN and its staff from any responsibility or liability caused by failure to comply.
People with health conditions are not advised to take part in tours conducted by us, and if choose to do so, cannot hold SAFARI MAN and its staff liable for any aggravation to a previous health condition or to any further health ailments that may have occurred due to the nature of any previous medical/health condition.
Due to the remoteness of the areas we operate in, medical supervision cannot be guaranteed and SAFARI MAN and its staff will accept no responsibility for the death or partial paralysis or entire paralysis of any participant in the event that professional medical attention was not administered within a reasonable amount of time.
SAFARI MAN and its staff will do everything in their power to ensure the safety of all involved. As our commitment to the safety of all participants we guarantee the efficient use, operation and ownership of an emergency electronic beacon and a satellite telephone. SAFARI MAN identifies an Emergency as any incident, or occurrence that may be deemed life threatening! The satellite telephone therefore will only be used in the event of an emergency and not as a communicative telephone as compared to line phones or mobiles. In the event that any participant required the use of the satellite telephone other than an emergency as deemed by SAFARI MAN and it staff, full payment of the call will be required by the individual or entity immediately before continuation of the expedition.
Further to our commitment to your safety SAFARI MAN's guide and translator are trained in first aid with certification in REMOTE FIRST AID and also have obtained certification in all fire arm safety.
Smoking during the journey is permitted on most occasions, however all participants will cease smoking upon travelling, inside the vehicle or if deemed a fire hazard by SAFARI MAN and/or its staff or the National Parks and Wildlife Patrol Officers or signs. Smoking stops will be provided throughout the day. It is the duty of each participant to ask their guide about smoking stops.
The consumption of any alcoholic drink will only be supplied or allowed after the entire completion of a hunting or shooting expedition for the day, or in the event that no shooting activity will take place. Any individual or entity deemed to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate in any hunting or shooting activity until they are deemed sober by SAFARI MAN and its staff. Under no circumstances will there be room for negotiation of an intoxicated person.
In the event that the vehicle becomes bogged, immobilised, stuck or broken down, your help will be required where necessary. All recovery equipment, tools and spare parts will be provided by SAFARI MAN and its staff at no additional cost to you. You will bear no cost due to any misadventure, breakdown or other mishap upon the entire expedition, unless you are deemed to be responsible for the damage due to failure to comply with SAFARI MAN and its staff commands and/or directions or carelessness on your behalf.
SAFARI MAN and its staff will not be held responsible or liable for any delay in transit or alteration to the itinerary due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown or health problems.
Free fishing will only be provided if tours are taken and the daily fees are paid. The free fishing offer only applies if a minimum of seven days has been booked. Fishing and casting from dry land only applies for the free fishing offer.
The maximum number of participants allowed on any one holiday is 4 based on a height of 175cm, and a weight of 80 kg per individual.
